PIXMA TR8620 Wireless Scanning Capability

I have a TR8620 printer/scanner connected via WiFi (Xfinity). I am now able to scan a document with the help of this forum, however, it seems the only option to retrieve the scanned document is via Local USB. My prior HP printer had the capability to scan and send to my MAC to my email. Is this possible with the TR8620? Or how else could I retrieve the scanned document without having to hook up my laptop to the printer via USB?

  • Thank you! It worked! I wish I had known about the different steps to take upfront when I received the printer/scanner. Thanks for your help!
