My Pixma TR4720 is stuck in copy mode. I have reset all of the settings & data. I have confirmed that the firmware is up-to-date. I have power-cycled it several times. Has anyone succesfully kicked it back out of copy mode once it has gotten stuck there? I have tried everything. As of now the printer is useless since it cannot print using a USB cable or wirelessly while stuck in copy mode. It's not even 2 years old so I am surprised this is an issue. Searching online it appears as if this is a common issue but no one has found a succesful solution yet. Any and all suggested fixes are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
