Hello there!
We are a company who has purchased several canon products from multiple printers and ink cartridges. We recently installed a black XL cartridge and within 4 days post installation, the black ink is going out. We do not print accessibly, so cartridge was used properly.
We would appreciate it if we could get in contact with someone about a warranty and replacement of materials.

Hi Danny, it’s a Canon Pixma mx490.
We have purchased a black canon XL ink the cartridge ran out within 4 days. Not sure if this one in particular was defective, but we are asking if you all will honor your pledge on quality products.
