My MX410 is old but works pretty well (occasional paper jams). After installing the PDF Suite 20 (PDF viewer/editor) product, it won't let me print. Only fax my print jobs. My only applicable printer options are "Canon MX410 Series FAX WS" and "Canon MX410 series fax." I've replaced that PDF editor program with an Adobe viewer/viewer and the problem persists. I have not uninstalled the PDF Suite 20 product. They owe me a refund as far as I'm concerned, and it's the only way I can contact their customer support. What would you suggest? Is there a switch in the Canon MX printer driver I need to flip, or a better printer driver that will solve the problem?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX410 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
