I got this weird ghost image from my old black cartridge. However, the new cartridge has the same issue.
Some lines are okay, but most of the lines have double images. You can see from the alignment print. The black is not straight. I tried to align the print head manually but it has no use.

These are great images, but we cannot help without knowing the model of your printer.
My initial thoughts, Printhead alignment and inspect for a dirty timing (encoder) strip if applicable.
