Greetings:
I have a Canon MG3500 printer that works perfectly fine on my windows 10 computer. The printer will not work on the new Windows 11 computer I have had to get. What do I need to do to get the printer to work with 11?

The model is PIXMA MG3522. It is connected to the Windows 11 computer w/ a cable.
The message I get in Settings>printers is 'MG3500 series not connected'. Obviously the computer recognizes that there is a printer connected to it and that it is a Canon 3500 series, but it does nothing when I tried to print a doc. There is no error message. When I try the 'Add a printer or scanner' function I see: 'The printer I want is not listed.'
What can be done to to bring the printer online w/ the computer? There has to be something that can rectify this situation so as not to throw away a perfectly good printer.
Thanks in advance,
Bob
