I am beyond frustrated so figured I would ask here. I'm having issues with the rollers on my printer (Pixma MG2522). It is not pulling the paper through the printer. It pulls it down at an angle and says it's jammed. I'm unsure of what to do at this point. I have tried cleaning the machine according to its directions but still no luck.

If there is no paper jam inside the printer and performing a roller cleaning did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.
If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
