PIXMA G7020 prints slowly, issues with PDFs and long documents, and more

We purchased the Canon G7020 and it is probably the worst printer we have ever owned. When it does print, it takes FOREVER. In order to print, you must stay on the screen of whatever you are printing. It often has issues printing PDFs and times out on long documents. The instructions are not very clear and it is very confusing on how to set up the WiFi and AirPrint. I spend unbelievable amounts of time rebooting the printer, my iPad, my phone, etc.  I’m not sure where to go from here except to junk it and start over.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G7020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issues you are experiencing with your PIXMA G7020 and resolve them for you.
