PIXMA G3272 printing too large

I just purchased a Canon MegaTank G3272 no matter what I try I can adjust the print size. It’s printing entirely too large. CAN ANYONE HELP. Every printer I’ve ever had you adjust the magnification and it stays till you change it which you could do with every print but this doesn’t have that. Please help.. I never saw anything like this no Customer service either? Just a chat bot.

This is one of the few Canon printers that has an enlargement option display as you can see here:

Poor guy said there was nothing there to help! I told him I know I’m not a tech guru but also not too bad at it and I could t find anything to help and he said the same there was nothing there to tell us what to do!
