HELLO CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. MY PRINTER JUST STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF A PRINT JOB. AND WOULDN'T TURN ON, I HAVE UNPLUGGED IT AND PLUGGED IT INTO A DIFFERENT OUTLET. NOW THE COPY LIGHT IS ON BUT THE SCREEN IS NOT

Hello.

 

To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.  Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the display will power up properly.
