MG5600 Printer Scanner.Windows 11 home.
I have had this machine for about 5years only ever used it for printing.but i tried to scan some photos but they were all very dark,i had the scanner set to Photo 300 dpi.anyone know why they are so dark,also should there be a light on while the scanner is working.Thank You.Cumbrian

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG5600 series. The model number should be on the printer's control panel at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Danny thank you,sorry to be late i have been away from home for a few days,while away my wife bought a new scanner which work great,so i have no use for the MG5600,Thanks Again,Cumbrian
