There isn't any tape left on the cartridges, but when I install them, NONE of them light up and I'm now stuck at this stage of the setup process and can't use the printer. Help please!!
plugged in? had a problem once where my outlet was on a switch and i didnt know it. Made me crazy as sometimes worked- sometimes didnt. turned on? remove and re-install?
