I switched from a PC to a Mac. I can print on my Cannon MG8120B but I cannot scan.

I swithced from a PC to a Mac. I downloaded the Cannon MP Navigator EX and printer drivers. The software just doesn't recognize the printer connection. I went through this on Windows and was able to fix it, but I have no idea how to do it on a Mac. Any sugestions / hints.

Hello.

In addition to the MP Navigator, there are a few other items that have to be installed on the Mac.

MG8100 Series Drivers & Downloads

You will have to install the CUPS Printer Driver, Scanner Driver and IJ Network Tool (if used on a network).  The IJ Network Tool can be found in the Software section.
