How to print B&W pages with duplex printing without using colour ink cartridge in canon pixma e560

Hi Canon Team,

I am using Canon Pixma E560 printer on windows 7 OS. I want to print B&W pages with duplex printing with black ink only ( without single drop of color ink ).

I have tried with greyscale option but its draining all my colour ink very fast.

I bought this printer with lots of hopes and trust on canon products, which i am loosing day by day..
