The printer will not copy from the platen glass and it will not print from the computer. I installed all new ink cartridges. I performed the following maintenance: nozzle check; cleaning; deep cleaning; auto head align, and selected head alignment print as well. The printer will only print maintenance pages--nothing else. Also, during the printing of the test pages, the PGBK section did not appear at the top. There were no lines or even a PGBK section as is expected. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
