My G4210 won't print because a "send fax" window pops up. I tried all I can from the web but it is not fixed, can anyone help?

Hi jrgust,
I can assist you with resolving this issue, but would need a little more information:
Are you using your PIXMA G4210 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable.
Are you using Windows?
or Mac?
What version of Windows (or OSX) is installed on your computer?

Hi,
It sounds like the printer fax driver is selected. When you go to print, a print preview window should appear. In this window, select the option to change printer. You should see your printer listed twice, one with the model number and one with the model number with the word fax attached to it.
Select your printer model without the word fax and try to print again.
