I've successfully created PDF documents in the past, but today I'm getting errors codes after I've completed scanning the document pages. The message says "An eternal error has occurred. Restart the computer, then try again. Code: 10,202,3"
I did as instructed, twice. I also power cycled the printer and downloaded a couple of software updates. No luck. I'm unable to find info on these error codes.
Help! Can anyone offer a fix?
