When trying to duplex print a document, the first page is always printed without page 2 on the obverse. There after pages 2&3, 4&5, etc. are printed out without a problem. Any ideas for a fix? This happens with Word and PDF documents on my Mac.

Hi Frankaj,
What version of Mac are you running? Did anything change on your Mac before this started to happen?
We look forward to your reply.

I am using the latest Mac OS 10.14.6. The problem has existed since in first installed the printer. I have installed and reinstall drivers to no avail.
