Canon TS 6420 says cassette is open but it is inserted as always and have tried everything

It is error code 1430 - which says to replace the FINE cartridge. Not sure what that even is.

Is there anyone from Canon on here to help?

CANCEL - I fixed the problem

How did you fix this?  I'm having the same issue as well as Load More Paper but there is plenty of paper in the cassette...
