I have a Canon TR7020a that I use for jewelry making. It has worked great and prints with great clarity until the ink ran out. Once I replaced the cartridges the printing is less then satisfactory. It prints with way too much yellow and fine lines are gone. I even replaced the replacement cartridges thinking they were the problem. I have ran all tests and maintenance the printer offers and nothing seems to help. I am at a loss, any suggestions?

Jewelry making? Are you printing photos that have too much yellow? If so you can manually adjust the intensity using printer settings in devices and printers, inside the control panel.

I have not changed anything but the ink cartridges. the prints on the right are from the old cartridges and the left are from the new ones.

1. Have you run a nozzle check? 2. Is the replacement cartridge Canon or third party?
