Hi all!
I hope someone can help me with this. My printer's never had trouble before, but last night I was trying to print a letter from my PC (letter created in OpenOffice) and the printer will only print the first three lines. Actually, it's weird - it prints the first two, skips the third, then prints the fourth and then no more.
I've tried confirming all my print/document settings, reinstalling drivers, etc. and nothing works. Has anyone else seen such a thing and/or figured out how to fix it? Thanks ahead of time.

Hello.
Start by printing a nozzle check pattern. Visit THIS LINK for details on how to print the test pattern and THIS LINK to examine/compare your print.
If the nozzle check does not print correctly, cleanings may be needed. Visit THIS LINK for details on how to perform cleanings.
If the nozzle check pattern is printing normally, the issue may be related to the document or software. Try printing from a different program on the PC to narrow down the cause of the issue.
