Canon G2520 detailed photo printing menu not launching

Hi, I've just installed my existing G2520 printer scanner on my new Windows 11 PC, and, after installing updated drivers, everything else seems ok, but when I want to print a photo I get a very limited menu, without options to change contrast, brightness etc. (Attached). I can go into settings via control panel and manually 'force' the printer to change detailed settings, but what a faff?!" Anyone found a solution or work around? Any help much appreciated.

Only very simple menuOnly very simple menu

Thanks for prompt reply Stephen. Duhh! Just after I posted I spotted the 'edit' icon after opening the original photo, which seems to offer more editing options. This may solve my issue, - I'll have a play with it. (Just for info I did download the latest drivers from the Canon website.) This is a great printer!

Thanks again, Glyn

Hey there!

You're probably using the built-in Windows drivers. Try the Canon software and drivers from HERE to see if that helps.

BTW, this unit isn't supported by Canon USA, so if that doesn't work, you may need to contact Canon in your country/region for additional help. Get started at https://global.canon/en/support
