Hello. I have a TS8322 that I am trying to connect to wifi. This printer was working fine at my old house but I recently moved and now it won't connect. I did get a new router through Xfinity. I have looked through all discussions that I could find, troubleshooting etc. I have downloaded the app as well as whatever software to my Mac. No luck connecting. Yes I've restarted things multiple times. I've reset my printer settings and LAN settings. When I originally try to connect to my wifi, the printer states that there are multiple routers available (I only have 1). The options listed for the MAC address are not what shows on my router? It doesn't make sense. I went on the Xfinity app and also separated my bands (2.4/5/6) whatever that is so each has its own name and password. That method didn't work either. There is never an option to enter my password when I select my network on the printer. Really confused why it is so difficult to connect to wifi. Any suggestions?

Greetings,
The printer supports 2.4/5Ghz. However, the encryption should be WPA2/AES. Please ensure your network meets these requirements. You will need to use WPA3/WPA2 or WPA2. Make sure the standard is not WPA3 on its own.
When confirmed, run the printers set up utility. This should allow you to select the new network and enter the updated password.

Is your printer set to get a DHCP-assigned IP address? Was it given a STATIC address with your previous router?
Router brands/models vary as to the IP address scheme they have and use. If your new router's address is, say, 192.168.0.x, it will assign DHCP addresses also starting with 192.168.0.xxx. Any mismatch in the router's scheme and the printer's address and the router will not see the printer.
Start by setting the printer for DHCP. Let it get an address from the router. Then try installing it again.
