Hello,
I have a Cannon PIXMA MG2522 printer. All my printings are white; thus, it does not print. I performed print head alignment, and the printout is white. Then I did deep cleaning and nozzle check, and the printout is still white. I did 5 times of deep cleaning and nozzle check, and the print out is still white. I did automatic print head alignment and manually align the print head, and both failed because both printouts are white. What should I do? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your kindness and help!

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the Pixma MG2522 was retired in 2023. It is no longer supported by Canon USA, and parts are no longer available to repair this unit.
