A telephone mini usb cable fed into the rear paper tray and appears to be lodged at the point where rear and front loaded paper enters the print chamber. Is there a proceedure to get access to that point? I can see it but it is not reachable by removing any user service areas.

The call to Tech Support resulted in a successful repair after creating a special tool out of baling wire - literally! I always have baling wire in my garage.
