Man in a triangle icon???

Hey guys! Fired up my c100 this am and it's displaying an icon I've never seen before. It looks like a little man in a triangle just above the AF indicator??? I thought it might be face recognition but after digging around, that icon looks like a happy face, not a little man. Here is a screenshot, please tell me what it means and how to access it in the menu if it needs to be changed. Thanks!!!

Do you have a copy of the Instruction Manual?  The icons in that position indicate the Light Metering Mode.

The icon is attempting to show a person underneath a spotlight.  This is described on page 62.
