Canon g7X Mark II
I have the image.canon app where all the images are transfered to and so I can access them on my phone or mac book. However 30 days have passed and I am unable to download the videos or photos. Any way of recovering them before they delete for good in November? As I got an email saying that they will be deleted.

Hello Shay04,
First, we would want to make sure that you are downloading the Downloader setup file first. You make click on the following link to visit the page to download the app [CLICK HERE]. If you need to manually download the files, login to you image.canon account first. Once in the image gallery, you should see an icon in the top right corner of a folder with an arrow pointing upward. Click that link and you should see an option to Download. Once you click Download, a circle will be placed on all of your files. Check each one that you wish to download to your computer.
