Hello, all. My son-in-law has a Canon EOS Rebel T100 camera. I bought him a Vivitr for Canon wide angle + macro lens for Canon EF 75-300 f/4-5.6 III lens. I have no photography experience, but based on the research I did, I thought this would fit his camera. We can't get it to attach so I was wondering if there was some kind of adapter I could buy for him? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. Welcome to the forum.
I don't want to make you feel bad, and I am sure your son-in-law appreciates the thought, but in reality those adapters are of low image quality and often don't even give a full size image; you get a circular image. Adding the adapters to that lens will not result in a happy experience.
Hopefully you can return the adapters and get your money back.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help and preventing me from making another mistake! I will see if I can return the lens.

Absolutely return it. Not only horrible IQ they can damage your Canon lens if used improperly.
