I have several 8 mm recorded tapes an I'm trying to locate an purchase a 8 mm player or camcorder that will play tapes recorded in SLP! ANY INFORMATION ABOUT A CERTAIN MODEL OR PLAYER WOULD BS GREATLY APPRECIATED?

Tapes won't last forever, so it would be best to convert the footage to digital files as soon as possible and then back them up.
It can be very difficult to digitize such footage depending upon what type of computer you have. You may want to reach out to professional conversion companies.

Agree with Ricky. There are services for this. Whatever you buy you will only use once. A service gets it done for you quickly.
