Ok so this is a camcorder. The screen green. We have tried everything. The camera is hooked up to two monitors in an art studio, so the class can see everything live from the stage ( camera pointed at stage). How do we get rid of the green? We are worried that unplugging the camera will cause NO picture on the monitor. We are not tech savvy. Cannot call cannon for this. Please help.

Greetings,
I don't think you need to be worried about the output, what you have now doesn't sound useable. Could it be the cable you are using?
As Mike requested, we need a complete understanding of your environment.
Camcorder model
What's plugged in, what its connected to?
"Tried Everything" is what exactly?
Did this ever work before?
Has something changed?
We're happy to try and help, but are not able to do so until we have a complete understanding of the environment.

What *exactly* do you want to have happen? If it is chroma-keying on the fly, you will probably need to get a computer.

Also, how are you hooking up two monitors? Does it work with one? A Y cable might put too much load on the camcorder.

Sorry to keep butting in, but if your school has an AV department, they might be able to help.
