the canon software available to download videos from my vixia hf g10 camcorder does not see them .

Hi everybody,first time here..Just bought a Vixia HF G10 camcorder ..Everything on it seems to work ok..The problem i'm having is when i try to download videos from the camcorder with the canon software it can't find any..now these are on the built in memory..i can play them back on my tv ok..if i take photos it will see them and dowload them ..i have not tried any other software because i wanted to stick with canon..any help would be wonderful as i like this camcorder..thanks Lorcan96791..

Please make sure that you are using Transfer Utility, which is a program that is made by Pixela Corporation.  It came with your camcorder along with another program called VideoBrowser.
