XA10 external mic not working! Help!

Hi guys! My first post here 😉

Sudddenly my EXTERNAL MIC is not working anymore whatever I plug in (shotgun or wi-fi lav receiver). I have some videography work lined up for tonight and tomorrow and I would hate to have to switch to INTERNAL MIC because the quality sort of sucks!! Anybody can advise on how I could fix this quickly? and if not quickly, where would you recommend that I have it fixed (never needed assistance so far and warranty has expired)?
