Greetings,
The time and date stamp has to be enabled using the touch menu... small hand looking icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Then press the clock looking icon at the bottom center of the display. Now press the time and date icons which will appear in the center area of the screen. You can enable either or both. Now press OK, upper left corner.
Next, press and hold each icon and drag them to the area on the screen you want them to display in the recording. You can put them anywhere you like. Now record the scene.
Unfortunately, this has to be done for each recording session. Once the camera is turned off,,, the setting revert to no time and date.

Greetings,
Are you referring to imposing the time and date on a recorded video?
