I have an Optura 20 camcorder that I use as a finish line camera for bicycle races. It is connected to a macbook via firewire into the iMovie program. Some setting on the camcorder must have got changed to cause these weird images to appear. By weird I mean things like other scenes or balloons floating around. Could someone tell me what may be changed to eliminate this?

Hi Uscfof,
From your description, it sounds like you may have enabled the "Demo" mode.
The setting for this is in the MENU under "Display Set Up". Go to "Demo Mode", change this setting to "Off", then exit the menu.
