I have been looking at camcorders that seem to have gotten better and cheaper since I got my HF S10 but could someone please break down the models with serious improvements. I like to take video in varying environments and if the 5.1 mics work would be nice for home theater viewing. I always shoot in 1080p and the better optical zoom and image stabilization would probably help me. I dont know what sensor changes or other important upgrades have occurred. I need to know which parts of my camera are dated to the point of making sense to buy a newer model. Thanks in advance.
