Canon Vixia HF R800 - Regarding 24p mode

So basically, to get the "film/cinematic" look, you must shoot at 24fps, and so this Camcorder allows it.

However, 24fps with an fast shutter speed, does bring a really choopy and just unnatural look.
You're going to want to shoot at the shutter speed of 1/48 or 1/5 to achieve the cine 0.

But i cant find anywhere to change my shutter speed, and Cinema mode does not smooth the video.

Anyway to fix this? Because if i can't, then that mode is basically useless

I'm not a user of the R800, but usually you can only change shutter speed if you are in fully manual mode. (This is the case with my G40).
