OK, I purchased a Canon EOS 5D Mk IV from B&H Photo, ordered on June 25th. Registering it now, but am not getting any confirmation from Canon that I will receive the promised CarePak+ service. At the conclusion of registration, the web site only offers to let me buy the service :-(
How do I correct this? Who to contact? The Canon site doesn't seem to offer much in the way of customer service for this...
