    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get the M50 to feed into the EOS Webcam Utility Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The steps I took:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Downloaded the latest version of the software&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Paid for a pro subscription account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Signed in on the local software&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Connected the camera via USB&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turned camera on and put in video mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I do this, I see a computer icon on the camera viewfinder screen for about 10 seconds, then it goes back to the live preview.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Additional information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Mac OS v15.7.2&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;EOS Webcam Utility Pro v2.3.55'&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;EOS M50 Firmware v1.1.0&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additional steps I've taken:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug USB into a hub and directly into the computer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Update firmware to v1.1&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Remove all other camera utilities and restart&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
