https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/EOS-Webcam-Utility-Pro/Canon-M50-won-t-connect-to-EOS-Webcam-Utility-Pro/m-p/574167#M3079 <P>I can't get the M50 to feed into the EOS Webcam Utility Pro.</P><P>The steps I took:</P><OL><LI>Downloaded the latest version of the software</LI><LI>Paid for a pro subscription account</LI><LI>Signed in on the local software</LI><LI>Connected the camera via USB</LI><LI>Turned camera on and put in video mode</LI></OL><P>When I do this, I see a computer icon on the camera viewfinder screen for about 10 seconds, then it goes back to the live preview.
