      <description>&lt;P&gt;FOR SOME REASON WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD AND SETUP MY WEBCAM UTILITY, WHEN I PRESS "SETUP" AND I TRY TO GO THROUGH THE STEPS. WHEN I HIT INSTALL IT SAYS, "FAILED TO ACQUIRE VC_REDIST.X64.EXE FILE" WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN??? I NEED ASSISTANCE&lt;BR /&gt;!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Back in 2024, there was a thread on this site that talked about this same error under the title:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;failed to correctly acquire vc_redist.x64.exe file: CRC error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can find it here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
