    <description>&lt;P&gt;The model is EOS M200&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the normal utilty works (i download the phtotos wia wifi with the eos utilty )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And YES the EOS&amp;nbsp; utilty works in shooting mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even to the cabe connected to the pc i only get an connect va wifi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/29419i4DB2327CE42313FB/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="eosutiity.png" title="eosutiity.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it possible that the usb on a brand new camera is broken??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the only thing that changes when the camera is connected to the pc its it says busy when i&amp;nbsp; try to enter menu&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i hope you can help me because i'm trying to fix this issue for over 2 h with no success&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/29388i5F1444BB2B43DC8A/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="eos error.png" title="eos error.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so i tryed turining off wifi&amp;nbsp; and bluetooth&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 different cablems&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;closing eos utilty (the one for downloading phtos)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the wierd thing is i can use remote shooting from normal eos utilty but when i try to add to obs the eos webcamutilty i get the error you see&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are a couple common things to check which can cause the utility not to work on Windows 10. The first thing to check is that your camera is set to movie mode and your exposure is set before you plug the USB cable into the camera and computer and that Windows identifies the new USB connection with a notification once attached. The notification pops up by wehere your computer screen tells the time.&amp;nbsp;As long as that is done the next step is to verify that EOS Utility 3 is not running either on screen or in the background by checking the system tray on the bottom right corner of your computer screen for the EOS Utility icon. Since EOS Utility and EOS Webcam Utility Beta both communicate with the camera via USB the EOS Webcam Utility Beta will not receive the signal if it is being diverted to the EOS Utility. Once these are done you should see the EOS Webcam Utility as a webcam option in your compatible stremaing or webconferencing software, the Webcam Utility itself is not a standalone program.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
