EOS Webcam Utility Pro Subscription Won't Accept Payment

Hello, I want to buy the EOS Webcam Utility Pro Subscription but when I go to make the payment it always gives me the same message. "We are unable to process your payment. Please use another method of payment or contact your card issuer." I have tried 4 different credit cards, but it always gives the same message. any suggestion? Thank you.

I live in Spain, but I have always had the subscription, renewing every year, it was enough for me to enter a USA address and use a virtual credit card. This year even with a VPN I make my IP belong to the USA.
