Hello - I am on Windows 10, with a Canon R7, on the most current versions of EOS Utility 3 and the EOS Webcam Utility Pro.

I have searched and searched and am not seeing any resolutions. The camers is in video mode. Device manager is recognizing it, and I can get into the device with the EOS Utility 3 and chang preferences, but I cannot get the video to actually come through.

I have tried various USB C cables, and the different wheel modes and am not getting anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Updating Media
