EOS webcam utilities is not working

Hello i have a EOS 250D and have been trying to use it as a webcam however all I get is this

I don't have EOS utilities

I have turned off the WIFI on the camera

and I have changed cables and ports

so I honestly don't know what the issue is

pls help

dude, i am having the same problem .. I have posted about it here, but i havent found a solution yet. If you manage to get to work, please dont forget to share

i have been looking for a solution all year,and its interfering with my work, i'm ready to switch over to another brand
