Webcam Beta won’t install fully

This is for the 7d MK II Windows 10 x64 build 18362. After extracting & running the installer & after a reboot it doesn’t install the actual program. I see it in add/remove programs looks like a note with no icon. When I go to the folder there’s only a couple of .dll files & an ax file. There nothing in programs nothing on the desktop.

Have you tryed something like zoom or skype that accesses the camera? It does nothing by itself.

I did but the camera wasn’t showing up in Skype until I tried OBS studio & activated it there. I then tried Skype & it worked for a few moments, then after a bit it just stopped working in both programs. It’s a beta so I expected some glitches. I did uninstall it since it stopped working & caused my laptop BisonCam in VDI not to redirect after uninstalling the software my BisonCam was redirected with no issues. I think I need something like CamLink instead but would have to test USB redirection.
