    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just installed the web cam application (EOSWebcamUtility-WIN1.1.zip) for use with Zoom and the video works fine, but there is no audio. I am using an EOS SL2, connected to my laptop with USB to USB micro. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how was it corrected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running this on an MSI GP63 - Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using an external mike and headset now which works alright, but I would prefer to use the internal microphone which still does not pick up, although it works in other programs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the external mic is plugged in then unplug it. &amp;nbsp;The audio input is typically selected by whatever app you are using. &amp;nbsp;The Webcam Utility has nothing to do with audio. &amp;nbsp;It only provides video.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
