    <description>Yes. I found that if you turn your camera off and then open the software, then turn your camera on, it will work fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the camera is on when you’re starting your zoom software, it’ll crop the image.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sense?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solution: You need to flip your still/video selector switch (to the right of the camera's viewfinder) from the white camera symbol to the red video symbol.&amp;nbsp; That'll fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Jason&lt;/P&gt;</description>
