EOS WEBCAM Beta looks jittery

I previously had my Canon 80d connected to a cam link and the picture is crystal clear through OBS software. When I saw this EOS Webcam Beta download I loved the idea of just connecting my camera to the computer without any middle man, and with this new option I can enable auto focus. Unfortunately when I downloaded this beta version the picture was fairly clear but it came across as kind of jittery.
It wasn't as smooth as when I connected my camera through the cam link. Will this be something that they fix after "Beta"?

Some people state that making sure you are in 1080p at 30fps fixes jittery issues.

Yes those are my settings. Someone told me that I will never get the clarity that I get from a capture card. It's kind of a shame. Hopefully with updates down the road I can get the most quality out of my camera via USB🤞
