Hi! You can check out a complete list of cameras supported by EOS Webcam Utility right here. We're unable to ensure compatibility with cameras that aren't on that list which applies to the EOS C70. Hope this helps!

Give it a try. The camera is certainly capable. The limiting factor will be its inclusion in the software as Danny pointed out. You might be pleasantly surprised.
