EOS Webcam utility pro doesn't show for windows 11? - EOS R10

I have the R10 and I am trying to use it to stream on my YouTube channel and when I try and download the utility it shows no option for windows 11. Is there a way around this or am I missing something?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon camera model you're using. To date, Canon USA hasn't made a camera model with the name "E10," so we would appreciate some clarification on that. Are you registered to live stream on the YouTube platform?

I know little to nothing about YouTube. But I do know that you must meet certain criteria, and then apply to YouTube for a live stream authorization.
