Tell me when Canon PowerShot SX730 HS cam users will be able to use them as webcams through the EOS Webcam Utility Pro 2.0 utility ?

Probably never.

Only three PowerShot cameras are supported by the Webcam 1.0. The SX730 HS is not included on that list. Also, as of this writing Webcam 2.0 does not support any PowerShot models.

Forget about Wi-Fi. Try the free software for another PowerShot with a USB data cable.
